Beautiful double room is available from 1st July with a king size bed and a closet. The apartment is fully furnished, and the specious living room has two sofas, a dinning table and and a study desk.

The apartment is 15 mins walk to University of York west campus, 20 mins walk to the city center and 1 min walk to the 67 bus stop. A parking place is available.

I am looking for a female flatmate to share the apartment, I am a PhD student at University of York, my research is about film, and I enjoyed watching films and Netflix with friends. As it is my last year of PhD, I will be busy writing up my thesis, but I am happy to enjoy time together at weekend for brunch, a day trip or some fun.

The contract will be a sublet, you will be able to pay monthly or every three month.
