Looking for 1 short-term student to live in this spacious, modern 4 bedroom house with a living room, 3 full-equipped bathrooms, extensive dining and well-equipped kitchen, utility room, off-street car parking, garage for bicycle, and lovely front and back garden. Bills are included.

Furnished large double room includes all new furniture: a double bed, mattress, study desk, wardrobe, mirror and bookshelf. You have your bathroom, don’t share it with us.

£200 for the deposit. 10mins on foot to the university campus, 3 mins to gym with swimming pool, 10mins on foot to amenities including supermarkets & restaurants & Pizza huts, bus stops at the door.

Exchange students or those taking short-term courses at the university are welcome. We prefer a quiet lodger, but social activities are welcome. We have a quiet rescued cat.

We have got a female full-time postgraduate, so now we prefer another female.
