Small double room with own toilet situated off mon

I have a small double room with it's own toilet situated off Monkgate by the Foss river. The house has 3 storeys, the room is on the ground floor with the toilet. The bathroom is upstairs shared with another housemate. My daughter is on the middle floor and I'm on the top floor where there's also a communal living room.
We have 2 Jack Russells, who are 13, they are friendly and welcoming.
