Looking for a flat mate - 2 bedroom apartment

Hello, I am a 25yr old doctor working at the York Hospital. I'm from South Africa and I've been living in the UK for around a year now. I'm an easy going and friendly person who's looking for a flatmate. My current flatmate is moving to a new city for a new job at the end of July. I'm quiet, clean, and understanding. I work shifts so my hours are all over the place. I'm a bit of an introvert so I understand having your alone time and privacy, but also enjoy having a chat and coffee and the end of a day.

I'm looking for someone similiar who is quiet, tidy and respectful and someone who can become a friend as well. Preferably someone who is also a working professional and wants to come home to a peaceful environment. I'm happy with you having a friend over but no parties please.

It is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a peaceful and safe area of York.
The room has a single bed and beside table with its own entrance from the garden. The room is spacious and you can add your own furniture. There is a shared shower, but the toilet and sink in that bathroom is for your own use. There is a walk in closet near the front door that will only be for your use (my room is furnished with a wardrobe and drawers so I don't need that space).
Shared kitchen, living room and shower. Washing machine in the kitchen.
Council band D.
15 min walk to the York Hospital, city centre and rail station.
£450 a month each, bills not included.
