Double room near the train station

I'm looking for a new house mate.

The room is a double room on the top floor of the house. There's a bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet on the middle floor. Shared use of the kitchen, living and entrance room.

I'm a moderately tidy person, and would hope to find someone who's similarly clean/ tidy.
I have some rabbits in the garden who you can see but this means the garden is largely off limits for extensive use. There’s room to store a bike if you wished to in outdoor sheltered storage. There’s permit parking outside but this would be something you would have to pay for. Parking outside is not particularly reliable as it is quite busy.

I’m looking for a balance between a person who will have a bit of a chat in the kitchen, but equally I don’t have time to commit to watching tv shows together or share cooking.

My current house mate and I both work and have a range of hobbies but are both quite sporty. We are both fairly laid back people and sociable but we’ve got our own social circles outside of the household.

He and I both work during the day and while we go out on occasion we both keep the house respectfully quiet.
