Professional House Share - Double Bedroom

I am looking for a professional individual to share the house I am currently renting in Brunswick Street.

This would be on a minimum 6 month assured tenancy initially with references and checks being conducted by the Letting Agent.

The house is just down the road from the Racecourse and about a 20 minutes walk into the city centre. Brunswick Street does not require parking permits so you can park on the street with no additional cost.

we would share the communal areas - Living room, kitchen, bathroom and patio area and you would have the double bedroom. It comes part furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers but if you did want to bring your own furniture I could look at removing the current furniture before you arrive.

The house is relatively minimalistic in decor but you would be more than welcome to put your own touches in the communal areas and bedroom.

It would ideally suit a quiet and tidy professional looking for a place that is within walking distance of the city centre.

I tend to work during the week and then head off for the weekends so I am really only in the house for weekday evenings.

The bills would be split 50/50 and and would be around £150 - £170 each per month (depending on energy prices) and would include the following:
Council Tax (Band B)
Water
Gas/Electric
TV Licence
Virgin Broadband
