Hiya! I'm looking for someone to take the place of my current housemate, who is moving out to do her masters.
The house is a lovely terrace near the Knavesmire, a short bike ride from the city centre and uni. Council tax is band B. The house is furnished, however the bed in the room belongs to the current housemate - you could maybe buy it off her or if you'd prefer buying your own that would be fine too.
