Double room in the Acomb area

I have a double room (for 1 person) available in a shared house in the Acomb area of York. It’s on a major bus route & close to local amenities. It has a downstairs wc & shower. There is a shared bathroom on the 1st floor with a large walk in shower. The kitchen/diner has dishwasher. There is a sitting area with couch & tv. In the garden is a secure shed to store bikes. All bill’s, except broadband are included. It’s a minimum of 6 months contract which can roll on month to month afterwards.
