Renting out two rooms in a recently renovated terraced house on Melrosegate close to the University of York and York city centre. The house features a larger living room and garden (incl. log cabin). On-street parking is available. Additional storage space can be provided.

Both rooms are available immediately; the slightly smaller one for £600pm and the larger one for £700pm, both incl. bills. The deposit is one monthly rent payment. Short-term lets are considered. You're also welcome to rent both rooms with a friend or partner.

I currently live in the house myself but will be moving for work. The house will be fully furnished and comes with everything you need. I'll leave some of my stuff in another room that's not part of the listing as I won't be able to move everything straight away, but that shouldn't affect your stay in any way.
