A lovely light single room in a 4 bedroom house. The room is fully furnished, including a desk and TV and is situated at the front of the property. There is a large family bathroom across from the room housing a bath and shower. The large living room, kitchen and down stairs wc available to use at the property. Outside, there is a private enclosed rear garden and a garage that could be used for a small amount of storage if required. The house is located approximately a 10 minute walk from a park and ride bus station and 10 minute walk from Clifton Moor retail park, which has a large number of bus links around the city as well as shops, restaurants and a cinema. You can walk to the city centre in 30 minutes.
You will be sharing the house with myself, and my 2 children who are 21 and 16. We also have a 6 year old cat and 3 year old cockapoo.
