Bright Double Room - Furnished

Hello,

I'm looking for a housemate for a short-term let, 3 months minimum and 7 months maximum. I am only looking for one other housemate. The room is available from early January 2025.

The room is in a semi-detached 3 bed with a garden and space for parking.

The room itself is furnished with a double bed, wardbrobe with shelving included and a desk. The room is newly decorated, as is the bathroom, however the rest of the house is awaiting a bit of an update.

The house is a 15/20 minute walk from York City Centre and York Hospital and 10 minutes from the river.

You'd be sharing with me, a female in my early 40’s and my dog, Flash. I am a proffesional working mostly at home and at the office once or twice a week. Flash is half golden retriever, half spaniel.

All bills are included. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen and decent wifi. The shower is also good.

You will be expected to keep your room and the kitchen clean and tidy.
