I’m the landlady of a spacious, fully furnished 2 bedroom student house on Alcuin Avenue. The house has 2 bedrooms plus study with desks and comfy office chairs along with the shower room upstairs. The living area, kitchen and dining areas are all downstairs. It also has a secure lovely garden with patio and bike storage.

The house is in a quiet area with a number 6 bus stop right outside. It is a 2 minute walk from Tang Hall Co-op, pharmacy, bakery and takeaway. It's an 15 min walk to West campus and 30 min walk to East campus. The rent is £190 per person per week and includes gas, electric, water, TV license, broadband and gardening services. There is also parking available to the side of the house.
