I’m the landlady of a spacious, fully furnished 2 bedroom student house on Alcuin Avenue. The house has 2 bedrooms plus study with desks and comfy office chairs and bathroom upstairs. The living area, kitchen and dining areas are downstairs. It also has a secure lovely garden with patio and bike storage.

The house is in a quiet area with a number 6 bus stop right outside. It is a 2 minute walk from Tang Hall Co-op, pharmacy, bakery and takeaway. It's an 18 min walk to West campus and 30 min walk to East campus. The rent is £210 per person per week starting on 10th September or slightly earlier if required for 12 months and includes gas, electric, water, TV license, broadband and gardening services. There is also parking available to the side of the house.
