The living area, kitchen and dining areas are downstairs. It also has a secure lovely garden with patio and bike storage.

The house is in a quiet area with a number 6 bus stop right outside. It is a 2 minute walk from Tang Hall Co-op, pharmacy, bakery and takeaway. It's an 18 min walk to West campus and 30 min walk to East campus. The rent is £205 per person per week starting on 10th September and includes gas, electric, water, TV license and broadband. There is also parking available to the side of the house.
