I’m looking for a clean and tidy housemate to share my awesome new 4 bedroom house near the centre of York!

Your room will be furnished and includes an ensuite bathroom – see final pic for floorplan, it is the 2nd floor – but you’re welcome to bring any of your own furniture. There's plenty of built in storage in the room and loads more throughout the house. You would be living with just me, the other bedrooms are not being rented out – so we have a spare for guests.

However, the real selling point is the huge new kitchen leading out to the back garden! With bi-fold doors opening on to a barbecue area and lawn it’s the perfect setup for summer. A parking space is also available on the driveway.

A little more about me… I mainly work from home but also go into the office some days or travel occasionally. In my spare time I am keen on sport, travelling/exploring new countries and eating out – and more recently I have discovered a passion for house furnishing and renovations 😊

It’s a 20-minute walk into York centre and the main train station, or about 10 mins on the bus from right outside. Ideally this would suit a young professional as I am looking for someone who will be respectful and want to treat this as their home.

Bills cover council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband + tv licence/Netflix etc. These are substantial as it’s a big house, particularly over winter – but these are all INCLUDED in the monthly amount so will not affect what you pay.
