We have Four lovely Double bedrooms available in our Student house share in York.

The property is within walking distance of the University of York, York St Johns University, and York city centre. Only a short walk to the local supermarket and shops and a 4-minute walk to the bus stop with regular links to the city centre and both universities.

There are two other students already occupying this house and they will be looking for a tidy, sociable person to join their home, and the landlord is looking for someone who will pay their rent on time and treat the house like their home. This is a friendly home for students to relax and enjoy!

NO CASH DEPOSIT WITH REPOSIT!
We’ve partnered with a company called Reposit who offer an alternative to paying a cash deposit. By using Reposit you can save a lot of money upfront as you will only need to pay the Reposit fee of a week's rent instead of a cash deposit.

Please note that just like a normal deposit, you are still liable for any valid, end of tenancy charges. The difference with Reposit is that you keep control of your cash and only pay these if they actually occur at the end of your tenancy, rather than paying at the start.

Should you wish to apply for this room we ask for a holding fee, this secures the room and is deducted from your first months rent.

Upon receipt of the holding fee, our external referencing agency will be in touch and guide you through the process. This includes a credit, income and right to rent check.

As part of the application, you are required to provide a guarantor.

The security deposit is held with the Deposit Protection Service and refundable at the end of the tenancy or choose Reposit and no cash deposit is required.
