Looking for someone to share my cosy Victorian terrace, on Bishopthorpe Road in central York.
Desirable location - great pubs, cafés, shops and beautiful river walk on doorstep, parking nearby with permit (can be added to existing), however lots with in walking distance and only 10 min walk from city centre!
Looking for someone to share with existing tenant (25 year old female) MUST be house proud and clean with a good sense of humour!
Your room will be a quiet and spacious double, with high ceilings and a big window onto a quiet outlook at the back.
Access to a cosy lounge, spacious dining room, galley kitchen and newly fitted shower room/downstairs toilet!
