Double ensuite with Minster view!

Double ensuite room with lovely view of the Minster.

You will be joining our family home with us, our 13 year old son and our cat. We are looking for someone quiet and considerate.

As well as your ensuite room you will also have access to our large family dining kitchen. There is a utility room with washer dryer and outside garden area in which a bicycle could be kept.

We live on a quiet street a stone's throw from the fantastic Bishopthope road shops and cafés. It's a short walk to York train station or into the city centre. Rowntree park and York Racecourse are both 5 minutes away.
