Large double room in house with beautiful garden

My name is Oli, I own the property and currently have two lodgers but one is sadly moving out to move to Manchester so I'm looking for one professional lodger for a double room.

The property is a 20 minute walk into York city centre and a 30 minute walk to the station. There's free parking out front and back, a beautiful garden, all council tax and bills are included and the property is furnished.

Robin currently has one room - he's 25, works in agriculture / tech in York and is pretty friendly, relaxed and has a cute cat called Dwight!

I'm 32, I work remotely and although this is my Yorkshire base, I'm often in London or abroad and not around a lot. When I am, I'm usually seeing family or doing something active (tennis, tag rugby, cycling) but also enjoy chilling out, cooking and going for beers.

I'm looking for someone professional and tidy who will pay rent on time and treat the house like their home.

Viewings will be weekday evenings generally starting 15th June and from then we can make a decision quickly as the room is available from 18th June so please get in touch if you are interested with any questions or to arrange a time.

Your deposit will act as the holding fee, securing the room. Upon receipt of the holding fee, an external referencing agency will be in touch and guide you through the process. This includes a credit, income and right to rent check.
