A professional doing a postdoc at the University of York Psychology department.
The house is clean and spacious. Looking for someone who is easy going and happy to hang out but also independent and clean.

Rent: £550 double room
Bills: around £90 - £180 depending on the season
Council tax: £170 between 2
There is a garage to store bikes etc and also a cellar for extra storage space.
