Large double room for short term stay

Hi. I'm looking to let a large double bedroom for up to six months from 1 December 2024 or 2nd January 2025 to a female lodger. I work full time and usually work from home three days a week. I'm an LGBTQ+ ally and my home is a relaxed and safe space in the York suburb of Acomb. It's just around the corner from a main bus route into York City Centre, and there are shops and other amenities close by. The room has a double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of storage. There's a shared bathroom and kitchen and on street parking. Please note, I don't allow visitors. All bills are included. The room's available to view now and is available to move into from 1 December 2024. Happy to answer any queries.
