Large quiet double room in York suburb

Please read the ad carefully before requesting a viewing. Hi. I'm looking to let my spare large double bedroom for up to six months from 3rd January 2025 to a female lodger. I work full time (from home three days a week). I'm an LGBTQ+ ally and my home is a relaxed and safe space in the York suburb of Acomb. It's just round the corner from a main bus route into York City Centre, and there are shops and other amenities close by. The room has a double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of storage. There's a shared bathroom and kitchen and on street parking. There is not a shared living room. Please note, I don't allow visitors. All bills are included. The room's available to view now and is available to move into from 3 January 2025. Happy to answer any queries, preferably before a viewing.
