Lovely Postgrad Student House

1 room available in a lovely, well-maintained house. The house is for postgraduate students only as we like to keep it as a quiet house for serious study. It is about 10 mins by bike/ 20 mins walk to the Uni (mostly off-road, over the Millenium Bridge), 10 mins walk to the popular "Bishy Road" shops and cafes and about 20 mins walk to the train station.

There is a back yard with 2 covered bike shelters with rings to lock the bikes up and on street parking.
There is a downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom with a jacuzzi bath with a shower.
The first 3 bedrooms are ground floor rooms and bedrooms 4 and 5 are upstairs. The room that is available is a downstairs room with a loft bed.
There is a shared living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar and a folding table for group meals.

The house is fully furnished, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover, microwave, kettle, toaster. Each room has at least a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.

In the past we have a had a number of PhD students stay in the house and they tend to stay for the whole period of their studies The landlady is very responsive and makes care fo the house very well.

The house is in Council tax Band B.
