One room rented out in family home with 22 year old daughter and Uni student son (away for most of the year).

King size bedroom, bright and spacious, shared bathroom and separate shared toilet. Shared kitchen diner with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave. Good internet.
Must like cats as we have 2 and they love new people and are very curious!

On street parking is available at an extra cost to cover the permit. 20 min walk from the railway station and 10 mins to York Hospital or St John’s University.

Full time workers (not home working) and non smokers only please.
