The area is quiet and pretty. I loved living here with the guys when I did but I have since moved out with my girlfriend. The people are friendly and respect noise, privacy and cleanliness and the house is ordered and pleasant to live in. Close by are direct and quick public transport links to the city centre and York St John University. There are scenic bike routes through the area with access to a lake and parklands.
There is a parking space available and the area has excellent access to the ring road. Clifton Moor retail park is either a drive or a short walk away.
