The kitchen/dining/living space opens onto a South facing garden and there is a separate uitility with washer and tumble dryer, plus a w. c. On street parking is available at a further cost for permit.
I live here with 2 small dogs, I may occasionally have a house guest who would stay one or two nights only, in the single room - friend or family member.
The house is close to the City centre, Hospital and Train Station - 15 - 20 mins walk.
Easy access to the ring road, with local shops, cafe, park etc just around the corner.
