Double room available close to city centre

Single room in nice house in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The room is available from Sunday the 17th of May - June the 28th (six weeks in total).

I usually live in the house with my son, but we will be overseas for most of that time - just popping in for a few nights between. I am also renting out a double room in the house - so you may have a flatmate during that time.

Non-smoker, quiet, responsible person for a short-term let wanted. Cost is £150/week of £500 for a month - or £700 for the six weeks.
Also happy for you people to look at renting both rooms - getting the house mostly to yourselves.
