Room Now Reserved

Hello, thanks for looking at my advert.

Room Now Reserved Until December.

I have a spare room to rent and would like a friendly, nice, generally sane person to come and live in it. It's a nice double room, fully furnished and quite nice and light. Other than the bed, I'm happy to remove the other bits of furniture if you have stuff of your own that you want to bring. Also, I have my own bathroom, so the downstairs bathroom goes with the room.

I'm regularly out and about and am at my partner's house most weekends and sometimes during the week for one or two nights, so you will get some space to yourself, but I'm also happy to live with someone who wants to have a little bit of conversation and maybe cook together sometimes.

Short term and Monday-Friday only arrangements are ok too- please specify this in a message if you're interested. Rent would be adjusted accordingly.
