The room is about 12 m2 , has a king size bed, a desk and two chairs. There is a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
Wifi and bills included. NO TV.
Fully equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use, white goods also included to use.

You will be a LODGER and there will be a LODGER agreement to sign so we both will be protected.

There are regular house guests, so you have to be comfortable with that.
The stay is for a max of three months.
Landlady is living downstairs and is disabled so you have to be comfortable with this.

You can not register on this address, so council tax band does not apply as that's included in price.
