Looking for a mature, responsible, quiet, and tidy person. Ideally, a postgraduate student or a University of York staff member. The house is a 15-minute walk to the university library.

There is one rescued, calm, and quiet cat in the home.

All bills included: gas, electricity, water, WiFi, and council tax (for normal usage). A cleaner attends the shared areas every two weeks.
