Classic Ensuite

For rent is my classic ensuite room in Abode housing ran by Wearehomesforstudnets.

This room is excellent as it comes with its own ensuite, spacious furnished room with a small double bed and bills included like water, electricity, heat and wifi. Council tax is exempt as this accommodation is for students although this is taken care of by the university.

The kitchen is a great place to cook food and socialise with friendly flatmates as well as bring your own friends back to.

The site has many inviting features such as: laundry room, gym, a communal area shared by all the buildings on the site with a pool table and other games which are free to use, secure bike storage and a very helpful management team who want to help with any problems you encounter. Furthermore, the site is within a 15 minute walk from York St. John university and a less than 10 minutes from the town centre.

The reason I am putting my room up for rent is I have to travel back home, over an hour away, each weekend to work so I am only here during Monday - Friday at the most. This has led me to the decision to leave my accommodation and let some who would get better use out of it take over my remaining lease.

I am happy to leave as soon as the new tenant has made an account using Wearehomesforstudents and accepted their offer to live in the room.
