Room to rent in family home for adhoc stay

This is for short term stays only. Inc 1 or 2 nights adhoc, just message with your details and I'll try to accommodate.

Ground floor double room to rent in 3 story family home.
Your room and the kitchen is on the ground floor with access to an enclosed covered garden with fire pit.
You will have the private use of a wc/sink, just outside your room.
Family bathroom available to use on the top floor when desired.
Off street parking available and close to the Park and ride for access to city center.
Cinema, bowling, Costa, Greg's, Tesco and a local pub serving food, all just a short walk away via a snicket.
That being said, we live on a very quiet street with minimal through traffic.

The room is suitable for short stay only, due to the sleeping arrangements being a sofa bed, with mattress topper.
Its a comfortable small double and can be made up for your arrival or alternatively the bed lays flat in 2 clicks and you can set up as you wish. (Bedding will be ready in your room)

The room is £50 per night.
£180 per week.

🐕 There is opportunity for you to bring 1 small/medium well behaved dog. We offer dog sitting/walking service if you have plans during your stay. (Enquire for prices)
Separate space for your dog, they don't go in your sleeping/seating area 🐕

💚 Please note, there is definitely no dog whiff or even a single trace of a dog in your room if you come alone 💚
