I have a large newly re-decorated bedroom available, with a double bed, double wardrobe with drawers, plenty of storage space (in room and house), table, chair, bookshelf, etc.

You’ll be sharing with me, the owner: I am a freelance musician and community artist specialising in singing for health and wellbeing. I’m looking for a professional, non-smoker, to move in from 1st May. At present this is for a 6-month tenancy, ie to the end of 0ctober. There may be the possibility to extend beyond this date, to be discussed.

It’s an end-terrace house in the Leeman Road area (YO26), just 10 minutes’ walk from the train station, 5 more into the city centre. You will share:

• a bathroom with bath and shower
• a kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, all utensils and gadgets
• living room
• wifi access
• new combi boiler gas fire central heating
• a rear yard with bike shed
• free road parking
• a local well-stocked corner shop, 1 minute walk away.

(Please note that I don’t currently have a TV license for the property. However, we can discuss arrangements around this if you visit to look around).

Rent will be £500pcm, including all bills. You will need to provide two references.
