Professional female required

I have a 4 bed 3 bathroom house and I currently let 1 room out to a 31 year old mature female student.
I’m looking for someone chilled and relaxed that will keep their room clean and tidy. I’ve been renting rooms for over 25 years and I have many former lodgers willing to give a reference should you want one.

The double room available has a shared main house bathroom with my current lodger. It has ample storage space and a large walk in shower.

I have my own en suite and there is a bathroom/bedroom on 3rd floor that is my daughters should she come back and live here permanently again.

Bills are included in the price.

I have sky tv, Netflix and Amazon, washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances including 2 fridge freezers.

The garden is available to all with sun loungers, table/chairs and parasol for shade. We’re not overlooked at the back of the house which is set with large mature trees.
