Young Professional Looking for Housemate

I’m a young professional looking for a friendly housemate to rent a room in a shared house with myself and my very friendly cat.

I have furnished the shared spaces myself, so it would just be your room needing furnished.

I’ve included some pictures of the house unfurnished before I moved in, but can send you some pictures of the house furnished on request.

Free on-street parking.

About me:

I work weekdays, and enjoy socialising on an evening / weekend. I’m hoping to find a friend as well as a housemate! I like anything from going for food and drinks, to long walks, to movie nights! My job keeps me very busy so I also understand the importance of alone time.

I’m veggie and love cooking, so someone open to sharing veggie meals with would be great! (I’m not bothered about meat in the house, though).

I have a gorgeous cat called Peggy who is super affectionate (and vocal!) and loves nothing more than cuddling up on your knee.
