The Property itself is managed by Student Roost and located a short (10 minute) walk to the University of York and Foss Island Retail Park, it has a common room and laundry facility, as well as an outdoor courtyard/seating area (with Bike storage). There are plenty of convenience stores and take-aways located near-by. The city centre is a 20-minute walk, so has great links to both the University and (more importantly over summer!) the City Centre.
