My name is Ben,

I’m currently renting off a family member, looking after their property whilst I am in York for University.

My current flatmate is moving out to live with their long term partner and so a double bed room has become available.

I am looking to study a masters at the university of York next year and so would ideally be looking to rent to a student or young professional who is clean, tidy and sociable.

The house is well-furnished and has a spare bedroom (front room) which could be used as an office if desired.
