Room to rent near city centre

I have a room to rent in my 2 bedroom flat on Holgate Road, just off Blossom Street. It's 5-10 minutes walk to the train station and 10-15 into the city centre. You do get some traffic noise from the road outside.

The room is furnished with a double bed with new mattress, bedside table, drawers, desk and swivel chair. At present there is a clothes rail, I will be replacing this with a wardrobe shortly.

You'd be sharing the flat with me only. I work full time and am often away on a weekend. I am a big hiker / walker and if the weather is good I'll be off somewhere.

You'd have shared use of the rest of the flat, bathroom with shower over the bath, kitchen diner and lounge.

There is no parking - the room is set up for a student although would suit a single professional with no parking requirement as well.
