The house is a spacious three bedroom semi-detached house. There is a garage – for storage of bicycles and other small items – and 1 parking space in front of the garage. Street parking is also available.

The ground floor has the shared living room and dining room with a 4-seater table.
The kitchen is separate with another 4-seater table. Appliances available to use are a fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, Loads of empty kitchen cupboard space to store your food items. There is an electric oven and a gas hob. From the kitchen, you can access the back garden (with table and chairs) and the garage.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom with 1 toilet, and a shower / bath.

The available bedroom is a double, with a small double bed, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and a window to teh front garden.  As the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is a very quiet area, you can hear birds singing.
The landlord is not live in, but May pay short visit during year occasionally, therefore two of you (one currently lived in the master bedroom) share the house. The house is tidy and clean, so you must love cleanliness.
