Hi, I'm looking for students to takeover my studio at The Boulevard.

Room type: Bronze Plus Studio (large room, en-suite with kitchen, good view and quite)

Floor: 4 (top floor)

Lease period: Mid-June or July 2024 (negotiable) to 7th September 2024

Rent: £239 per week, all bills included (previously £299)

Location: Only 15 min walk to city centre / Uni of York Campus West. Bus stops right at the gate with direct buses. Food and supermarkets within 5 min walk.

Equipment in room: TV, sofa, wardrobe, fridge and freezer, microwave and oven; broom, mop, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee table, three bins.

Large windows facing the garden, nice views and quiet. 24H security and quick email response.
