Room for Rent -- 80 Alcuin Avenue

Looking for a replacement student tenant to live in 80 Alcuin Avenue during the 2024-2025 academic year. It is a double bedroom with a double bed and is £180 per person per week with bills included. It also includes a washer and a half bath and full bathroom. A female replacement would be ideal. Both the house and the room are very clean and in good condition. The other three girls living in the house will be 2nd year students University of York and they are all lovely. Please contact me if interested.
