Studio To rent in York City Centre(Student only)

Available from 31st May to 13th September for a total of 15 weeks.
I am looking for someone to take over the last three months of my contract at Student Castle Student Accommodation, 80 Walmgate. This is a fully furnished studio room, 19 square metres in size, Studio Raven (single occupancy), with a double size bed (135*190). the studio room includes your own private kitchen and bathroom which you don't have to share with others, making it ideal for those who prefer a little more privacy.
Student Castle has many amenities including reception, courier room, communal lounge, gym, bike storage, laundry, games room, study area, door entry system, security cameras.
It's a convenient place to live, with the 67 bus stop downstairs for direct access to york university and york train station, and the 66 bus stop 3 minutes walk away. Very close to the city centre with many supermarkets along the way including Tesco, sainsbury's, M&S.
If you take over my contract you can get my rates at £195 per week! The same studio is currently rented for £245.
