Double Room in Central Location

Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely two-bed flat in the centre of York. The room is a cozy double room and comes unfurnished (willing to leave behind some furniture such as the wardrobe if wanted!).

You would be living with the lovely Ellie who is 24 and a social worker. For council tax purposes she is looking for another professional to take over from me :)

The flat is on the first floor and has a large communal living room plus recently renovated kitchen and bathroom.

It is a great central area with a fab little pub around the corner (the Golden Ball)! Right by the river it is only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town!

Viewings can be from the 20th May onwards and the lease would begin on 11th June. If you are interested please message with a bit of information about yourself.
