I am subletting my room from June 8, 2024, to September 13, 2024. The room includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, hand basin, toilet roll holder, heated towel rail, mirror, and wall cabinet. It is furnished with a double bed (5-6) and a mattress. Additionally, you will have a dedicated desk/workstation with lighting, a desk chair, ample storage, shelving, and a fitted wardrobe with a mirror.
With a total of 6 individual ensuite rooms, the flat has a shared kitchen/ living area equipped with all necessary amenities. Residents have complimentary access to the gym, and common area. There is also a laundry room on the premises. All these facilities are available 24/7. Additionally, you can rent a bike at no extra cost.
