A spacious fully furnished double room

One spacious fully furnished double room will be available from 8th September. The house is situated in a beautiful location in South Bank, surrounded by Rowntree Park and Racecourse, and there are a Co-op store and bus stop nearby. It is a 20 minutes’ walk to the city center and about 30 min walk (20 min by bike) to the University of York.
There will be four people living in the house, two tenants, myself and my 24 old year son. There is a shared kitchen/living room, and one bathroom is shared between two tenants.
The rent with all bills included is £700 pm and payable in advance; deposit is £700. Minimum 11 months tenancy required. You will also be required to pay a holding deposit of £300 to secure a room, and it will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
