Second floor maisonette/flat space available from September. Preferably looking for couples to rent the entire upstairs space including good sized double bedroom, large bathroom and office/walk-in wardrobe.
Currently I live with my partner in the flat but we work away and will be staying in other accommodation for long periods of time so you will have the entire flat to yourselves most of the time.
We have a downstairs bathroom with toilet and bath/shower available to the house.
Downstairs furniture will be available for the lodger however, most of the upstairs furniture will be removed and available for the lodgers own possessions.
View of the minster from the bedroom windows. 7 minute from into York town centre. Sainsbury’s, Spar, Londis, Post Office all within 5 minutes walk from the property.
