APOLOGIES FOR PHOTO ORIENTATION-WILL FIX ASAP. I have a bedroom and a sitting room to let with shared kitchen. We have relocated to the east coast. On occasions myself, adult daughter and her dad will stay at the house but we have our own spaces. However, we would use one of the two house bathrooms, when we visit. Our two rescue dogs would accompany us on these occasions. Secure garden, close to the university and town; both walkable distances. It is a quiet house with no overnight visitors. Rent includes all bills but there is no TV licence included. There is a decent size secure rear garden with outdoor seating. just get back to me if you are interested and have any questions.
