Short let! Large, sunny, quiet double room

I’ve a large sunny double room available immediately for two months. I’m moving, so it would need to be vacated by mid August. One lodger has just moved out so this has become available now!

It’s a large four bedroomed home in Fulford, near the Uni and town and easy access to shops, the river, buses. It’s a great location!

There’s one other lodger.

You’ll have your own large room plus a small cosy lounge to share with the other lodger, as well as your own bathroom to share with her.

I’m the (friendly!) landlady and I live entirely downstairs. We three share the good sized kitchen but I don’t share your bathroom or lounge.

There’s room for a car and bikes, plus a really big garden with plenty of space to sit outside (if we ever get summer this way!)
