Furniture is included with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table, as well as a full length mirror.

York Hospital 0.9miles/15 minute walk away. York city centre 1.3 miles/20 minute walk. 0.1 miles from nearest bus stop.

A low deposit of £250 is required, as well as employment & previous landlord references. We will also carry out a credit check once we have confirmed your references. I do not charge referencing/moving in/checking or any other hidden fees.

The room has a shared bathroom and is shared with two other housemates (2F). The current housemates are really friendly are made up of a mixture of professionals. Due to the shared bathroom, the current housemates preference is a female housemate.
