Description
*** Please only contact by email. I work nights so I might not answer the phone
Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my roommate's shared tenancy.
It's a large bedroom with enough space for a big desk or even a sofa. It's got exclusive use of the big bathroom opposite the kitchen. There's a tiny toilet next door but of course you'll be able to use the one upstairs too.
I am currently using this room and will be moving to the upstairs one.
The full rent of the property is £900. Originally we were in 50%-each terms but I am willing to leave this room in £430 as I think it's more fair. Expenses (council tax, electric, water and internet) are roughly £150 pcm. Council tax band A.
Available from 20th June onwards. The landlord would need to approve the new co-tenant after my initial screening so it might take an extra week.
I work nights so someone mindful of noise would be highly appreciated.
You will also need to have your right to work documentation in order and be willing to pass a credit check. I will need to check them before contacting the landlord.

About me
I'm Dan, I'm 33, Spanish and (for what's worth) gay. As I said I work nights but on a 4-on 4-off basis, so I have plenty of free time, and I sleep like a normal person when I'm off.
I go out with friends relatively often but 80% of the time I need to recharge at home, play my games, read my books and just chill. My house is my refuge so ideally I'd like to live with someone similar.
The house has been kept quite tidy and clutter-free for the past 3 years and I'd like to keep it like that (maybe with plants?). Dishes are always washed after meals (or after films :), same with tidying up after cooking etc. The usual "bath" way of washing the dishes done around here grosses me out massively tho, but that's as far as my cleaning pet peeves go.
Noise-wise I'd be quite isolated but as long as there's no loud music or constant deliveries banging the door on work days and you're mindful of not running up and down (creaky stairs), I'm fine. . There's an amazon locker around the corner in Blossom street I send my stuff to even when I'm off!
If all this resonates with you please drop me a line telling me a bit about you and we can arrange a viewing.
