Double room available in 6 bed student house

Hi! I’m advertising a property that I have stepped back from. The first month’s rent (16th July-August) is covered at the moment. Looking for a student and preferably female as my housemate would prefer this. There are 5 other people in the house and they are all absolutely lovely.
The room itself is lovely and spacious. It is downstairs near the kitchen and is at the back of the house so itll be nice and quiet. It’s all white, and there’s plenty of shelving and a desk. It comes with a large wardrobe and a dresser, a double bed, and the biggest pull for me was the patio doors at the back of the room. They’d be lovely to have open in the summer. There is a downstairs bathroom which is to be shared with one other female tenant.
In terms of the house, there is a spacious living room, kitchen, a pantry, a washer and a dryer, a dishwasher, and a lovely garden. It is near the university of York and is only about a 20 minute walk away. Please pop a message if you’re interested!
