Large Double room in a family Home

We have available a large double room in our 4 bed home with all bills included.
You will have use of your own living room weekday evenings and all weekends. The bathroom will be shared with our 22 year old son only, however as we also have a shower room downstairs he hardly uses it!
You are free to share with us the spacious kitchen/dining room, utility room containing shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and our large rear garden.
We also have 2 dogs and a cat that are very much part of the family, however there is a gate to prevent them entering the living room and bedrooms. (We do sometimes take them to bed with us though!) the cat will wander anywhere she likes!
We are a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop for buses to York city centre and Strensall (First York No 5/5A.)
Acomb is a 20-30 min walk and you can walk into York along the River Ouse which takes approx 1 hour.
