Student house share Fulford, York

We are looking for a flatmate who is currently studying , either at University of York or YSJ. Our house will be in Fulford, walking distance from campus west and close to shops such as Aldi and a Sainsburys local. In the house, there is a kitchen/living dining room on the ground floor with a toilet, and then 3 bedrooms on the first and second floor, both the first and second floor have a bathroom. All of the rooms are double rooms. There is also a bike storage attached to the house.

We are looking for someone who can maintain a tidy house but also someone who is friendly and can join in on any group activities if they wish. Most of us all like our alone time as well as socialising time - so the house will not always be buzzing.
We are third/fourth years, who study a range of subjects- so we understand the balance of fun and studying a little bit more :)
